1- Making accounts :
1- Why do I make an account?
  • It is free to sign in.
  • It will help us recognize our customers to provide better services.
  • You can claim a discount or voucher by contacting us.

2- How do I make an account ?
If you have never shopped with Taiba.ae, set up a new customer account If you are an existing Taiba customer, log in using your Email address and password. If you do not have a password or have forgotten it, you can request it again or contact us.

3- What if I forget my password ?
If you forget your password, go to log in page and type in your email and press on forgotten password. This link will generate an email reminder to the email address set up in your customer profile. If you have any questions about your password, contact customer service.
4- How do I update my profile ?
If you wish to change your password or any other personal information like address in profile, you have to contact us and request a change in your account. We do this for security purposes.

1- Is my order information secured online?
You can shop with confidence on Taiba.ae online shopping environment. Our payment pages are a 3d secure bank pages. They utilize advanced SSL technology, which encrypt your personal information to help protect card details.
2- How is the retail value determined?
Its important to know that items on the website are sold per piece, the weight of the products is given in every product page. The weight of any product may vary 10% more or less of the actual weight mentioned. we charge for gold value in the product and making design and manufacturing fees only.
3- How can I see a product updates on the site?
To receive latest promotions and news, you have to join our newsletter forum, basically sign up only.
4- Why do prices change from time to time online?
Taiba.ae price listed change every time there is a remarkable change in gold price.
5- How can i know my ring or bangle size?
It is very simple, at every product level there is a button in every product page to help for sizes. or find veiw our size information page.

3- How to order an item ?

1- How can I buy directly on the website?
You may search for items using the search box located at the top left of any page on our site, or search by category or price.

Once you review an item you like, you must insert item's sizing. You will not be able to see the final price or approximate weight of any jewelry unless you have inserted all sizes of the product and pressed on the calculation button. Once the price is showing you can add the product to basket to buy it and proceed to check out page.

Note: The product weight description may be 10% inaccurate; the price of any product is not subject to the weight. Therefore, we do not refund customers who claim refunds for recieving less gold jewelry weights.

2- How can I check the status of my order?
In your membership area you will have an option to view your order / previous orders and see the status with the day. A notification email will be sent to you automatically on every status change.
3- I ordered online can i cancel my order?
Yes, if you make an order and wish to cancel at any point, make sure you contact us before we send you the package. And we will treat the transaction as a returned jewelry, therefore you will pay the restocking fees, please read our return policy carefully.

4- I ordered last weak, why did Taiba admin rejected order?
Yes, we have rights to cancel any order in the following cases:

  1. Billing address does not match the credit card holder address.
  2. If the customer makes an order to a country that prohibits import of gold such as: Brazil , Turkey , and Africa . Contact us if you have doubt about your country.
  3. If the customer failed to verify the payment of the order, please see below to know more about payment verification process.

4- Payment Options :
1- What are the payment options on taiba.ae?
We have Visa/master credit card secure payment pages, you can also pay via bank transfer. For any other arrangements like: western union, cheques please contact the administrator.
Note: your order will not be processed unless payment is made and verified. In order to verify your order we require a copy of you creditcard in digital camera to email (see example), this will protect you and other people buying safely online.
2- What is payment verification?
This is a new method Taiba.ae team has introduced to protect customers and the system from the daily fraud activity online.
3- How can I verify my order?
It is very simple, You must verify your order if you are using your credit-card, to verify an order: An image / picture (taken in any digital camera) of the credit-card both sides you made payment from, for your security you may cover your card number in a small slip of paper, only show your name and expiry date details, on the same scanned paper please put your original signature and your order number, which is shown in the email order, see an example. After you made the order, please send your image and signature to email: esales@taiba.ae within maximum 2 days
4- is it secure to send you a photograph of my credit-card?
Yes, As long as you cover the middle 8 numbers of your creditcard nobody can use it and there is nothing to worry about, also our sales department has secure methods to save the images and delete it after your order is fully apporved.
5- What currencies do you accept?
Taiba jewelry store displays the product prices in US dollar, All currencies can be accepted during payment.
6- Does Taiba.ae store charge sale's Tax on orders?
We do not charge anything else than the amount you see in the check out page. But if you are ordering to overseas you might have to pay customs when you receive the product for clearance.

5- Shipping orders :
1- Can i make an international order?
Yes, you can order from anywhere and any part of the world, but make sure that the country you are ordering to do not ban the import of gold jewelry, We always ship to: USA , UK , Europe, Canada , and Australia . If you live somewhere else and you have a doubt please contact us before ordering.
2- How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on FedEx international shipping, because we use an insured method of shipping and door to door service, click here to view rates
3- How much time it takes to receive an order?
It will take 3 days to receive verification on your credit payment and about 7 days to progress and manufacture your goods; usually it takes maximum of 18 days to deliver the jewelry. Note, public holidays and working pressure season may delay orders 2 to 3 days extra. If you need more information or wish to receive your order on a particular date, make sure you contact us before making the order, and specify the item codes you wish to purchase.
4- How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order in your membership area.
5- Can I request express delivery?
Yes!! We only ship via FedEx express service when orders are made from outside the United Arab Emirates.
6- How do I ship a package to a friend?
Yes you can put on, your friend's shipping address as long as the billing address is yours, please make sure the billing address is the payee address for credit card verification procedure.
7- Can I ship my order to a PO Box address?
No !! For security reasons the items must be delivered door to door or a customer can request to hold the item in FedEx service office, Orders to PO box numbers with no specific locations are subject to cancellation.

6- Returning an order :
1- Do you return an item I purchased before?
Yes, but it must be unused and must not pass 7 days after receiving the item. Please read our Return policy.
2- How do I return an item?
Please read in Return policy.
3- Can I exchange an item i purchased?
Unfortunately you can not exchange the item once you have purchased it, but you can return it only and then purchase the item you want, note that all returns are subject to the return goods charge.
4- When should I expect to receive credit for my return?
Once we receive the returned stock we will progress your refund within 2 working days, and the rest of the time will be the bank progress which may take about 6 days, just make sure you send the jewelry safely and unused via an express service to our location.

7- Discounts & Vouchers :
1- Can I get a discount?
In every product page you can see item clearance in the rank tool on the top, the discount of any product is viewed in red color. you can also request a discount based on an item you wish to buy.
2- Can i get a voucher?
Taiba.ae distributes vouchers with an amount in USD and expiry date, this promotion is only valid to use online only and not in actual Taiba stores, you will find vouchers usually in your membership area.
3- Can I get cash on my voucher?
No you can not.
4- Can i return an item i bought on discount?
Yes, but the return value will be the same value aswhat you have paid on bill minus the restocking fees and voucher.
5- Can I use my voucher on already discounted items in Taiba online store?
No you can not have two discounts at the same time, Store discounts and vouchers work separately
