1- Complete your online order:
Just make an account or log into your online account, choose your product, add it to basket. Then you need to choose “Dubai showroom collection” in shipment, and “Bank & Wire Transfer” in payment method. In shipping address please click on [Same information], shipping address will only be kelp for our record and will not be used.
Note: Order process time will be 12 - 16 working days.
2- Make 10% or complete the payment:
After having made the order online, you will recieve a notification email within 24 to guide you through. You then can pay 10% or 100% on bank wire transfer. If you have paid all the amount then no need to pay on collection. Otherwise if you have paid 10% then 90% of the amount will be charged in AED cash in Dubai showroom on collection.
Note: the 10% deposit is not refundable and you may not exchange a product you order on collection.
** customers are adviced to send a prove of payment so there will be no delay on orders.
3- Collect your order from Dubai showroom:
Once the order is ready to be delivered we will contact you for collection, we may hold your order for 20 days in our inventory for you.
