| 2- Return Policy |

| You can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase. |
In order to return any order you must consider the following points: |
- There is 13% fees on the return, (restocking fees + custom charges for international orders).
- Shipping fees are totally not refundable.
- You must contact us within 48 hours and mention the reason you want to return the goods for.
- Any usage / missing / damaged return goods will be not acceptable.
- The refund process minus 13% will take about 10 working days after collection of the returned goods.

| 3- Delivery & shipping: |

All product jewelry orders will usually be shipped to you within 16 -20 working
days, depending on the product availability in the stock, and the method
of payment you choose (choosing different methods other than credit card
or MasterCard may add an extra week to proceed with the transaction).

All orders will be shipped via International FedEx Express.

We will send you the shipping reference number once we deliver the item.

Taiba is not responsible for any additional charge corresponds to the
import taxes laid out in each country's current legislation.

Taiba will not be responsible If you have given us the wrong shipping
address, or If someone else receive your product or steal it during
collection.

Customer may request to hold the shipment for collection in FedEx office. To request please reply to the Order Email after making the order.

| Tax and custom clearance: |
This is the main reason why many customers get discouraged from ordering from international countries. The value of shipment will reflect the total amount you have to pay in your country to clear the items. We have realized that orders to USA will randomly be charged an amount of %5 max of the total declared shipment value.
For example: You may have to pay an amount of $104 for a $2600 order.

B- Visa & mastercard credit card: |

We only accept "Visa/MasterCard" at any currency. Once you provide your address in our pages and click on buy in check out level, you will be redirected to a secure system for performing the safe payment.
Steps: There are 3 steps to make credit-card payment on Taiba.ae.
- After you submit this order, you will be sent a secure payment link via email within 24 hours.
- Once you recieve the payment link email, you will be able to perform a safe payment.
- Once you have made a successful transaction, You must verify your payment. Verifiying a payment is easy, you can use digital camera or scanner and provide an image of the card you used to purchase, see an example to the email esales@taiba.ae If we do not recieve verification on the payment the payment will be refunded and the order gets cancelled within 5 days. If you are not willing to verify your payment please do not attempt to submit or make any order on Taiba.ae jewelry store.

Note for all people planning to pay on credit-card: For security reasons, Taiba.ae jewelry store will ask the customer to provide a copy ( taken in any digital camera) of the credit card both sides. You can hide the middle number of the card for your security, and signature, To see an example click here. Customer will have to send the copy to the email: esales@taiba.ae.
All unverified orders will be cancelled by refunding the amount to the card which paid the order. |
| D- Bank transfers: |
Customer who have chosen to pay via bank transfer / wire transfer should expect longer time for delivery, any order must be paid in full to process. The bank details will be sent to customer after making the order.
Refunding transactions and orders that are made via bank transfer will take about 7 working days and will be deducted from the bank fees which exceeds an amount of $30 - $40 usd in some cases.
